Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Courtney Seamon and Kyle Moore
We are so excited to share a few of our favorite things to do in Cincinnati!

The Banks

Freedom Way, Cincinnati, OH 45202

Located on the riverfront between Paul Brown Stadium and Great American Ballpark, The Banks has a ton of great restaurants and bars. You can also take a walk along one of Cincinnati's newest parks, Smale Riverfront Park! Dinner recommendations: Moerlien Lager House, YardHouse, Pies & Pints Bar recommendations: Holy Grail, Tin Roof, Or Grab a Beer & Walk Around Walking distance from The Westin (or you can take the free street car!).

Over-The-Rhine

1230 Elm St, Cincinnati, OH 45202

One of the hottest areas of Cincinnati, Over-the-Rhine has gone through a revitalization over the past 10 years. The gorgeous Washington Park is located at the heart of Over-The-Rhine and is a must see! Dinner recommendations: The Eagle (southern comfort food), Taft's Ale House, Krueger's Tavern, Bakersfield (mexican food), LouVino (tapas), Kaze (sushi) Brunch: Taste of Belgium OTR Bar recommendations: Sundry & Vice (speakeasy), TreeHouse (swinging seats), Queen City Radio (spacious outdoor/indoor bar), Ghost Baby (more on that below!)

Fountain Square

520 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202
, (513) 621-4400

There are so many fun activities on Fountain Square during the holidays including ice skating, live music, ice bumper cars and more. The tree lighting will be Friday November 25th, 2022 so be sure to stop by for pictures after Welcome Drinks! We also recommend using the free Cincy street car to get around!! There is a stop on Fountain Square and it will take you straight to Rhinegeist Brewery (Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Drinks) as well as Findlay Market, The Banks and MORE! If looking for dinner or drinks at The Square we recommend Via Vite on the Square or Sotto (short walk from the Square) and where Drake and Serena Williams made headlines ❤️ (must make reservation in advance!!).

Ghost Baby

1314 Republic Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202
, (513) 381-5333

Recently named by Esquire as one of the BEST bars in the United States and the only bar from Ohio to make the entire list. Ghost Baby opened in 2019 and is located in an underground tunnel in Over The Rhine. Expect live music and exceptional cocktails. Walks ins are welcome but you can also make a reservation online.

The Blind Lemon

936 Hatch Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202
, (513) 241-3885

Mine & Kyle's favorite spot to listen to live music and have a craft cocktail while in Mount Adams! This would be a great option for pre-ceremony drinks and walking distance to The Monastery!

Graeter's Ice Cream

511 Walnut Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202
, (513) 381-4191

The staple ice cream of Cincinnati! & lucky for our guests there is a location right across from the Westin! My personal favorite flavor is black raspberry chip, but feel free to try them all! They also serve coffee and donuts if looking for anywhere to go in the morning. :)

El Barril Mexican Sports Bar & Grill

940 Pavilion Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202
, (513) 381-6112

This is a great spot that is in walking distance (right down the road!) to The Monastery! Grab a margarita before the ceremony or lunch while you are in Cincy!!

The Bow Tie Cafe

1101 Saint Gregory Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202
, (513) 621-2233

BEST COFFEE SPOT IN TOWN! Located just feet from The Monastery (where the ceremony is taking place!) and right in downtown Mount Adams. Fun Fact: My mom (Julie) was the 2nd highest spender at the Bow Tie in 2020 (only behind a catering company).

FINDLAY MARKET

1801 Race Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202

Findlay Market is a gathering place for people from all over the city. It routinely attracts perhaps the most socially, economically, racially, and ethnically diverse crowds found anywhere in Cincinnati. They come for the sights and sounds and smells of an old-fashioned public market, for the great variety of fabulous fresh foods, for bargains, for distinctive gifts, for people watching, and for a quintessentially urban shopping experience.

Cincinnati Art Museum

Art Museum Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45202
, 5136392995

Located in scenic Eden Park (In Mount Adams!), the Cincinnati Art Museum features a diverse, encyclopedic art collection of more than 67,000 works spanning 6,000 years. In addition to displaying its own broad collection, the museum also hosts several national and international traveling exhibitions each year. Best of all, admission is free!

, (513) 396-5800

HANDS DOWN our favorite brunch spot in Cincinnati! Waffles... need I say more?
