Do you have hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes, please see the Travel section for links to our 2 hotel room blocks. There are plenty of other Airbnb’s/hotels in the area.

Semi-formal Weather could be chilly so bring layers.

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love all of our little kiddos, unless it is listed on your invite, we ask that you do not bring your children. **If you have issues finding child care, please reach out to Alec and Alex. We would love to try and assist with finding a Nanny/babysitter in Asheville. Our venue has connections if needed.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue. There are also ubers/lyfts in the area. Try to book these in advance.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a bus that seats 44 people. It will run as follows: 3:45 pm: Arrival to Fairfield Inn & Suites for guest boarding 4:00 pm: Departure from Fairfield Inn & Suites to Claxton Farm 4:15 pm: Arrival to Claxton Farm 4:30 pm: Ceremony begins 8:45 pm: Early Bird Shuttle to Fairfield Inn & Suites 9:45 pm: Return for Final Guest Departure 10:00 pm: Final Departure from Claxton Farm that will be driving downtown to Moxy 10:30 pm: Guest arrival to Moxy
