Question

Can I bring my Kids to the wedding?

Answer

No, we kindly ask that you leave your kid(s) with a sitter. This is an adult only party outside our flower girls and ring bears!

How far away is the Ceremony location to the Reception?

Answer

It is about a 35 minute drive to Macray Harbor. Cocktail hour will begin at 6:00pm. We have accounted for the drive time, so please don't feel in a rush!

Question

Do I have to use the complimentary Valet Service at the reception?

Answer

Yes, we ask that you use the valet service. This is a private harbor and if you park in the wrong spot, the private owners will have your car towed! The event center parking is farther away and therefore Valet will take care of your car for you!

There are multiple hotel room blocks, what should I choose?

Answer

We have multiple room blocks at 3 different hotels. All the hotels are in close proximity to each other and the reception venue. Each hotel has a different rate and amenities, so please choose where you feel most comfortable!

Question

Im coming into town on Friday. Should I go right to the hotel to check-in or go right to the ceremony?

Answer

The hotels have a 3:00pm check in time. Please be aware that the hotel is near the reception venue and about 35 mins away from the Church. We recommend checking into the hotel after the ceremony and on your way to cocktail hour. If you decide to check into the hotel before, please be mindful of any traffic you may encounter given that it will be a Friday afternoon.

Will there be a shuttle between the hotel to the reception venue?

Answer

We are currently working with the TownePlace Suites Marriott hotel to secure a shuttle. More information to come soon!
