We are able to provide housing (for free!) for all guests! The venue has enough apartments to accommodate everyone, and we will be sending out rooming assignments in the Spring. For space reasons some folks will need to share apartments, but if you would be more comfortable elsewhere, feel free to reserve a hotel or house nearby. Check-in is after 3PM on Thursday, May 4th - feel free to arrive that evening or anytime on Friday. Check-out is 10AM on Monday, May 8th, although guests should feel no pressure to stay that long. All are invited to use Sunday to recharge at the villa pool or go about your travels.

The main airport in Rome offers the most non-stop options from the United States and is ~2.5 hours from the venue and accomodations.

The Perugia airport is the closest to the accommodations (just 30 minutes away).

The main airport in Florence (FLR) is ~1.5 hours to the venue and accommodations.

Perugia Railway Station

The nearest train station to the venue, Perugia Railway Station offers (connecting) trains to both Rome (FCO) and Florence (FLR) airports. The station has various rental car agencies nearby (Hertz, Budget, Avis, Enterprise, Europcar) and is a 30 minute drive to the venue.
