Our story almost began long before it did. We moved through the same circles—sports, school, and even our own neighborhood—missing each other time and time again. When we finally met in 2023, we discovered just how intertwined our lives already were: our sons had run track together, and we lived only one street apart. We often say that, out of all the stars in the sky, we were somehow brought together exactly as we were meant to be. From Alton being born and raised in California, then making his way through Philadelphia before landing in Austin, to Yvette being born and raised right here in Austin—our paths could have gone so many different ways. We even came close to putting down roots in entirely different neighborhoods, yet somehow, all roads led us here—to each other. From that moment on, everything clicked. We've been building a love rooted in connection, laughter, and intention. From trying new restaurants and attending comedy shows to traveling and blending our families, every moment has brought us closer. We’re excited to continue growing together, creating a life centered on love, connection, family, and being fully present for all that’s ahead.
