If you're planning time before or after our wedding in our lovely state, here's some fun things to do.
Kami Ramen: Our favorite date night ramen spot near us! Amazing ramen.
Need a perkup? Coffee huts are everywhere!
Kincaid Park/the Inlet: Kincaid is a huge park to get out and enjoy the trails for the outdoors and the Inlet is a great place for whale watching and views.
Alaska Zoo: Fun for the family.
Alyeska Resort: Just 1hr outside Anchorage, it's a beautiful spot in Girdwood with a nordic spa.
Visit Palmer: This is where we met and grew up, and it's such a cute town. Also August 15th-Sept. 1st is the Alaska State Fair.
Got extra time? At least 3-4hrs outside Anchorage, you can visit Kenai, Homer or Seward. These are big fishing cities with wonderful views. There's the SeaLife Center in Seward or Salty Dog Saloon in Homer.
