We ask that you keep ALL devices away and silenced while the ceremony is in progress. We want minimal interruptions and have an amazing professional photographer that will capture all the good shots for us. We will gladly share those photos with you when we get them back. There will be plenty of time after the ceremony to snap some shots and videos of your own during our reception, and we encourage you to! Please take videos/pictures during the reception, but also be courteous of our photographer(s) once the ceremony is over as she will still be there until 8:30pm capturing those special moments for everyone!
Yes, we would love to see your littles!! However, please understand that you must not let them run wild and no devices during the ceremony still applies. We will have child-friendly activities to help keep them entertained and once all special dances are over they can dance and be more active. We understand if you choose to have a night out without them, but they are certainly welcome. Make sure to include them when filling out your RSVP with your allotted seats.
You can bring anyone to fill your designated seats. Please note we have a carefully constructed guest list to allow as many of our family and friends to attend our day as our venue has a limit we can not exceed; therefore you are only allowed so many guests within your party per venue limitations. If there are any issues please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Click the RSVP tab and you should be prompted to enter your full name. If there are issues, try typing just your first or last name and from there your name should pop up. If there are any issues don’t hesitate to message us! You can RSVP online or by mail, but no need to do both. We gave you the option to do either and to let you know how many seats we’ve saved you prior to your rsvp. :)
We do not have a hotel block at any of the local hotels as there is a Baylor home game that weekend; please book in advance if you plan on staying! We do have have a few people staying at Ramada by Wyndham South Waco, 778 Sun Valley Blvd, Hewitt, TX 76643.
No, regardless of COVID vaccination status we are not requiring you to wear a mask—nor is our venue. If you would like to take that precaution, please do so. If you or anyone in your party feel sick in any way, please stay home and take care of yourselves. As stated before, we will gladly share our day with you afterwards. We are counting on each of you to not risk anyone else’s health and take extra precaution for yourself and others.
