Please RSVP by September 1st so we can finalize our accommodations.
The dress code of this event is semiformal, but the ability to move and enjoy the event is our top priority (semiformal = homecoming attire). The reception will have indoor and outdoor elements, so please dress with that in mind. In early October, it's usually pretty warm during the day and cools off at night. Note that navigating the area in high heels will likely be an issue. *We recommend bringing an additional set of clothes for after dinner activities if your outfit limits movement*
Yes. We will have a shuttle bringing people to and from the Holiday Inn in St. Croix Falls. Please refer to the travel section for details.
As a couple, we have decided to keep our wedding ceremony limited to our immediate family and wedding parties. We would love to celebrate with you afterwards at our reception.
Please select the appropriate dietary option on our events page and reach out to us directly with any additional dietary needs. It's very important to us that we are able to accommodate everyone. Our menu will already include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options.
Yes! Kids are welcome at this event. We have plenty of activities kids will enjoy as well as opportunities for childcare on site. Please reach out directly if you would like to make use of our childcare options. Additionally, if your invitation does not explicitly include your children, please let us know so we can anticipate and feed them. *We ask that all children 12 and under depart from the event no later than 10pm.*
Please reach out directly if you would like to bring an additional person. We will need that information no later than September 1st in order to make accommodations.
We highly recommend those staying at the Holiday Inn Express in St. Croix Falls to make use of our shuttle service, however we have ample parking on site. For spaces closer to the main event, we encourage guests to arrive earlier in the day (4pm-ish) but there will be plenty of spaces available nearby. For those familiar with the location, we will be utilizing the basketball court for parking in addition to usual parking spaces in main camp.
