16th Street Mall/Downtown Denver
If you want to experience the busy downtown area, stroll down the 16th Street Mall or jump on the free trolly and hop on and off where you'd like. Lots of stores and eateries along the way. You can also mosey over to Union Station or check out Coors Field.
Wash Park
The closest park to Scout and Geo's home. It has an awesome walking path and beautiful scenery.
Denver Botanic Gardens
These beautiful gardens are perfect for a fair weather stroll. It is also located next to Cheeseman Park which offers lots of open space and a clear mountain view.
Broadway
Stroll along Broadway and enjoy awesome restaurants, coffee shops, thrift stores, and boutiques.
Red Rocks Amphitheatre
A short drive from Denver, be amazed at the beautiful red rocks, take an easy hike, or tour the amphitheater. Does not disappoint!
Museums - Zoo - Aquarium
There are plenty of museums throughout Denver to explore. Take your pick from the Museum of Nature and Science, the History Museum, Children's Museum, American Museum of Western Art, Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum, National Ballpark Museum, among others. Denver is also home to a zoo and aquarium.
