Is parking available?

Answer

Ceremony: Parking is available at Sunrise Amphitheater but is LIMITED! Due to limited parking available, CARPOOLING is strongly encouraged. Vehicles that are not registered in Boulder County are required to purchase and display a daily or annual parking permit. Daily parking permits are $5.00 each and can be purchased one of three ways: -Day of through the ParkMobile app using zone 24700 for all Flagstaff Mountain parking fee area lots -Day of at the self-service stations with fee envelopes using cash or check -In advance at the administrative operations building during limited office hours Parking permits are non-refundable and do not guarantee availability of parking. -ADA Parking is available. GUEST SHUTTLE: one (1) limited space shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue, departing from the taco bell parking lot (2450 Baseline Rd, Boulder, CO 80305) at 9:30 am. Celebration/Reception: Yes! Colorado Tap House has a parking lot and street parking available. We also encourage the use of Uber or Lyft.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We kindly request that the wedding ceremony on August 15, 2025, be an adult-only (no children) event to allow all of our guests to fully enjoy the occasion. However, we welcome families to join us at the Celebration & Reception on August 16, 2025, where children are warmly welcomed. Please include them in your RSVP for the Celebration & Reception if you plan to have them attend. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to celebrating with you!

What is the dress code?

Ceremony: Our wedding ceremony will be a Summer Cocktail / Semi-Formal affair in the Colorado mountains! Celebration/Reception: Our wedding celebration will be a casual affair (think jeans, summer dresses, summer casual wear).

Kindly RSVP by July 1, 2025, so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with everyone invited. If your invitation says “and Guest” then yes! Otherwise, we are keeping the guest list limited to close friends and family.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be one (1) limited space shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue, departing from the taco bell parking lot (2450 Baseline Rd, Boulder, CO 80305) at 9:30 am. Carpooling is strongly encouraged. There are ~58 parking spots at the top of the mountain!

Will the ceremony and the celebration/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, with stunning mountain views as our backdrop. In August, the weather in Colorado can be warm during the day, so we recommend dressing light and breathable. Please wear sunscreen and bring sunglasses, as it can be sunny. We’ll have shaded areas and paper fans to keep you comfortable but be prepared for warm temperatures! The celebration/reception will be a fun mix of indoor and outdoor spaces. We’ve planned for both areas to be part of the celebration, so guests can enjoy the atmosphere, the fresh air, and staying cool inside.
