Is there a dress code?

Answer

While we aren’t too picky, semi-formal attire is encouraged. We've included examples below, but feel free to reach out with any questions! Semi-formal attire for women can feature cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or a pant and blouse combo. Opt for sandals, flats, or heels, and optional fun accessories to show off your style! Semi-formal attire for men can feature a blazer or suit jacket with dress pants or a dress shirt and slacks. Feel free to sport some color in your shirt, jacket, and/or tie and let your personality shine!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by October 22, 2021, so we can provide a headcount to the venue and caterer. You can RSVP for all members of your party using the form on our website. You'll have to enter in your name to the system exactly as it as addressed on your invitation or it will not be recognized.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have blocks at The Holiday Inn and Best Western, which are within 15 minutes of the venue. While Uber and Lyft don't service the area, a complimentary shuttle will be provided. Please see the travel page for more info.

Where should guests park?

Answer

The venue has adequate parking in front of the entrance, free of charge!

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes; both locations are ADA accessible.

What time does the ceremony begin?

Answer

Doors will open at 3:00 PM and the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to find your seat before the walkway is shut down for the processional.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

As long as it's not raining, the ceremony will be outdoors. Average temperatures for 11/7 have ranged from 38 degrees to 58 degrees over the last several years. Please check the forecast closer to the big day and plan accordingly.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

While we can't wait to see your photos (#HappilyHaggerty), we respectfully ask that our ceremony remain unplugged. Don't worry; we'll have two professional photographers on-site the entire day and will share those photos as soon as we receive them! You're more than welcome to take photos at the reception; please just be mindful of our photographers.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! We will have a variety of drinks, a buffet-style reception, and an assorted dessert table.

Should I bring my ID for the bar?

Answer

Yes, please bring your ID if you plan to drink alcohol, as the bartenders will only be serving guests over 21 years of age.
