Hi all, we have provided a few suggestions for lodging below.
Shuttles: We will be coordinating shuttle pick-ups for both the welcome event and ceremony, so we will be reaching out to confirm where you are staying prior to the event (there is no parking at the venue).
Where to book: Shuttles will be arranged to pick up guests at the hotels listed below. You are welcome to find your own hotels/airbnbs/VRBOs that suit your needs, though we ask that you please try to book places as close to these hotels as possible to facilitate easy and fast shuttle pickups (if you book lodging further afield, you may need to drive to a shuttle drop-off location in town - and Ubers are not generally available in this area).
When to book: We have learned that our wedding coincides with Jazzfest, so the hotels seem to be booking up quickly. We recommend booking hotels/airbnbs/VRBOs in Carmel as soon as possible.
