Yes! If you do not have a current passport, please apply for one ASAP. Processing times can take upwards of 13 weeks. You will not be permitted to travel to Bermuda if your passport expires within 6 months of your travel date. To be safe, if your passport expires in 2024, we strongly encourage your to renew ASAP.
We suggest waiting to purchase your flights until January 2024. Cheaper and better flight patterns will become available. Use Google Flights to set up a flight tracker to be notified of price changes on flights out of your home airport.
We have negotiated a discounted room rate at the Hamilton Princess Hotel. All events will take place at the hotel or transportation will be provided directly from the hotel. We therefore would sincerely appreciate all guests staying at the hotel within our room block.
