The dress code for our wedding is Formal. We ask that gentlemen wear a dark suit and tie or a tuxedo, and ladies wear a floor-length gown, an elegant midi dress, or a formal suit. The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors at The Chicory, so you don't need to worry about the October humidity.
The Arrival (5:30 PM): Doors open at The Chicory. Please arrive early to grab your seat before the ceremony begins at 6:00 PM. The Celebration (6:30 PM - 10:30 PM): Immediately following the ceremony, join us for cocktails, dinner, and plenty of dancing! The Second Line (10:30 PM - 11:00 PM): We will end the night the New Orleans way! At 10:30 PM, we will exit The Chicory for a traditional Second Line brass band parade through the streets!
Street parking is very limited in the Warehouse District, and The Chicory does not have an on-site lot. However, there are paid public parking lots directly adjacent to the venue at 542 Tchoupitoulas St. and 543 S. Peters St. That said, because the venue is so central, we highly recommend taking a quick Uber or Lyft from your hotel!
