Friday Night Concert

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

A concert at Hawk & Hawthorne starts off our weekend together. Featuring David's musical project, Life Like Water, and local artists Nicholas Edward Williams and Pretty Little Goat. This gathering will be open to the wider community. Hawk and Hawthorne is a community we deeply appreciate. David has played a number of shows here over the years. They have generously offered to assist us with our wedding expenses by allowing us to keep the remaining ticket sales for this show after the musicians are paid. The show is open to all wedding guests for a donation of your choosing. Please make sure to RSVP so we know how many tickets to make available for the community. Wedding Ceremony and Reception

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

This is an outdoor event with a few short uphill walks to get to the venue from parking (golf cart chauffeur will be available for those who need it) and up a dirt path to Ceremony Hill. Please dress for the predicted weather and being outside on a garden property, but please also dress in your solstice best. Vibrant, colorful summertime style and whimsical wonderland flare are highly encouraged!

Please arrive between 4-4:15 pm for the opening reception in the historic tobacco barn. As a group, the guests will be led to the ceremony location. Ceremony begins promptly at 5 pm. Reception to follow. The dinner will be a family style farm to table meal by local Chef Christopher Sharpe. No seed oils and primarily local, seasonal ingredients. If you have strict dietary restrictions that will not allow you to enjoy either of the meal options, please reach out and we will see what is possible. Amplified music ends @ 11 pm. Bring your acoustic instruments to jam by the bonfire. As long as we are respectful with noise levels, we can stay and be in one another's company well into the night. Camping on-site is welcome for wedding guests both Friday and Saturday nights. More information on camping is located under the Travel tab.
