When should I RSVP by?

We love your little ones, but this celebration will be adults-only. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5pm. We recommend that guests arrive at 4:30 to allow time for parking and seating.

Is there shuttle transport to and from the venue?

Answer

We're happy to provide shuttle transport for guests staying at the AmericInn and the Holiday Inn. PICKUP: Depart AmericInn at 4:10pm. Depart Holiday Inn at 4:25pm. DEPARTURE: 3 groups. Early shuttle departs venue at 9:30pm. Later shuttle departs venue at 10:45pm. Last shuttle departs at conclusion of the event (~11:10pm).

Yes—we’re registered on this site! Our NYC apartment is small, so choosing from the registry is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire. Think suits or dress shirts and slacks, cocktail dresses, long dresses, or jumpsuits—dress to celebrate!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Bavaria Downs has a large parking lot. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight. The venue kindly asks that they be picked up by 11am the next day.

Yes! We moved just 15 minutes south to the beautiful Woodland Glasshaus at Bavaria Downs. We can’t wait to celebrate with you there!
