Carson Street Deli is one of our favorite spots. It was about a block from where we lived in Southside, so we frequented it often. If you want to cross the rivers to see where we spent most of our time when we lived in Pittsburgh, Carson Street Deli is a great place to start. Scott's Order: The Beast Zoe's Order: The Club with a side of coleslaw. You can't go wrong with any of them though.
The place where we met! Also in Southside but worth the trip over. OTB is where Scott and I first "met". When I say "met" I mean it's where I was a server, and Scott came in with his friends. OTB is one of our favorite spots to come back to. Not just because of the memories, but they have fantastic food and great local beers on draft.
