When should I RSVP by?

ASAP! At the latest, by end of August.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony starts at 4:30. It is best to arrive at least 30 minutes prior.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please include any dietary restrictions in your RSVP and we’ll pass it along to the event staff.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, everyone is welcome to a plus one, but please RSVP with your plus one or there will not be food provided for them.

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! However, it should go without saying that those bringing kids should stay sober.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We’re working on this. We should have an update before August.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a gravel lot just down the street from the venue, as well as street parking.
