Here are a few reminders for guest when booking reservations: ---- A 2-night minimum is required for all reservations. A security deposit of $300.00 is required per reservation. Guests may cancel up to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of their deposit. There is no guarantee of accommodations floor plan, views, bed size, and/or decor. Client and agent understand this upon booking the reservation. Guests will be placed as close together as possible. One night plus tax is due to reserve a room. The remaining balance will be due at check-in. (with the exception of SVC resorts, which require full pre-payment at the time of booking). Guests are responsible for all incidental charges prior to departure. You must be 21 or older to check-in. Daily housekeeping not included. The discount link is a discount only and does not guarantee inventory. Availability is first come, first serve. We suggest your guest's book as soon as possible to avoid selling out.
