Scott and Nicole met on the first day of school at Loyola University Chicago in 2014. At the end of a meet and greet event, there was a DJ closing things out with some great jams. Scott and Nicole danced in the middle of the room together, complete strangers. Then, they ended up side by side on a trolley ride throughout the city of Chicago. From that day on, they were inseparable. Nicole and Scott loved growing together during their four years of college. They spent their days trying new restaurants, exploring breweries with their friends, and rollerblading on lake shore drive (and a little studying, too)! After graduating, they moved to Madison, Wisconsin. Nicole would complete her PhD and Scott began his career in digital marketing. They loved hiking, hosting dinner parties, and playing board games with their friends. They were both surprised by how their cheese intake had sky rocketed. Scott proposed on April 3rd in 2021. On a romantic get away in Miami, the couple enjoyed touring Little Havana, walking along the beach, and dining at a nice seafood restaurant. At the end of the evening, Nicole and Scott marveled at views of the ocean from a ferris wheel. That is when Scott got down on one knee and asked to spend the rest of their lives together. Nicole was so shocked she did not say anything for a few minutes and asked Scott to repeat himself. Of course, she said yes! Scott and Nicole are beyond thrilled for the upcoming wedding. They are so excited to enjoy this day with all of the friends and family that have supported them throughout the years.
