FAQs

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not allowing young children at the ceremony. We love your little ones and hope you can understand!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire wedding is outdoors, including the ceremony, reception and cocktail hour. A light jacket is suggested, however, might not be needed.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nope! The wedding party will be in semi- formal "garden-party" colors. Dress in your favorite spring hues; or don't! Cocktail attire is perfect (no tuxes or black tie needed!)

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 3:30 pm on Friday, June 5th. Ceremony will start at 4:00pm sharp.

Question

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Escondido in early June is warm and sunny (we are hoping to escape "June Gloom!") during the day, and comfortably cool at night- perfect for an outdoor celebration! A light wrap or jacket is perfect once the evening rolls in. (Daytime is usually in the low 80s, dipping into the 60s after sunset.)

Question

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

You bet, just a couple feet away from each other!

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We ask our guests to find their own transportation to the wedding venue at 3:30pm when the ceremony starts. At the end of the night, there will be a bus taking all the guests staying at The Rancho Bernardo Inn back to the hotel.
