Question

Is there cell service ?

Answer

Fortunately, there is no cell service at this location! Use this as an opportunity to unplug and celebrate with us without the distractions of the outside world. That said, there are a couple of areas slightly away from the venue where you can make a phone call in an emergency. We found that this spot will only work with a roaming package for the States, as the venue is close to the border. We will have cell phones on-site if you do need to make a call and do not have such a plan.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The attire is Semi-Formal. Weather permitting, the day will be warm, but the evening will be cool. This is an outdoor venue with plenty of shade for the day and a fire pit and propane fires for the evening. We recommend bringing a jacket or a change of clothes for the night. We will have 2 small change cabins and an area to store jackets and bags. Since this is an outdoor event, we recommend against stilettos and very high heels. We also suggest comfortable footwear for dancing! Scott and I love attending festivals, and if you wish to change into something more "fun" for the evening, feel free to!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will provide alcohol for the cocktail hours/reception and until our bar runs out! Please bring cash to tip the bartenders. If you plan on camping or staying late into the evening, please bring additional alcohol for yourself. This venue is about 10 minutes from town, and we will be providing a free shuttle back and forth. Please refer to the shuttle tab for more information.

Is there parking ?

Answer

There is parking at the venue, however it is limited. We ask you to either carpool or take the provided shuttle.

Can we bring dogs?

Answer

As much as Scott and I love all our animal friends, we will keep this event pet-free for the safety of all. Thank you for your understanding.

Is this running rain or shine ?

Answer

Yes ! In the event of bad weather, we will have large tents and tarps set up to keep everyone warm and happy! If there is scheduled rain, please check back here for the most up-to-date information.
