The top of Newbury Street is steps away from our hotel. It is a famous shopping street known for its luxury stores, boutiques, restaurants, galleries, salons, and cafes. Its neighboring residential streets (Commonwealth, Marlborough, and Beacon) are known for their stunning brownstones and serves as a great walking area as well!
The Boston Public Common and Boston Public Garden are beautiful public parks located steps away from our hotel. It will likely be very chilly in January, but if you are willing to bundle up it is a beautiful spot to get some steps in!
In the winter, an ice skiing rink is open in Boston Common. Skate rentals are available and more details can be found on the website as the winter approaches.
The Isabella Gardner Museum houses a beautiful collection of art. We recommend booking tickets in advance, as they will sometimes sell out at the door.
The MFA is another museum with beautiful collections located about 1.5 miles from the hotel.
