Our ceremony begins at 3:30pm. If you elect to take the shuttle, we will provide details on the time to arrive at the Pacific Motel for pick up. If you plan to drive yourself, please aim to arrive at least 45 minutes early as a shuttle will be running from the parking area to the ceremony site. Refreshments will be available at the ceremony site to enjoy with the beautiful scenery before the event begins.
Yes, there will be ample on-site parking for those who wish to drive themselves. Once you park, shuttles will be moving guests from the parking area to the hill top ceremony site. At the end of the night, shuttles will begin taking guests back to the parking area from the reception when they are ready to leave.
Yes, shuttles will be available between the Pacific Motel and Swallow Creek Ranch to take guests to and back from the event. Most hotels in Cayucos are walking distance to each other. Even if you're not staying at the Pacific Motel, you can likely walk to the shuttle drop off point. You will be asked to indicate whether you would like to take advantage of the shuttle in your RSVP. We will need an accurate headcount to coordinate adequate shuttles, so we ask that you please confirm if you plan to take the shuttle in your RSVP.
We ask that you wear semi-formal attire. Our event will take place outdoors and, while we will have multiple heaters, we encourage you to bring a jacket. The coastal breeze can get chilly in the afternoon and evening. There will also be varied terrain throughout the evening (from open field, to gravel, to hard flooring), so please select your footwear accordingly.
