What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! There will be a shuttle to and from the hotel for those guests who would like to join in on our ceremony!

Formal (not required for church ceremony)

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at the ceremony and hotel. Complimentary valet parking is also available at the reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the reception?

Answer

There will be 3 shuttle rides running for an hour starting at 5pm from the hotel to the reception. Once the reception is concluding, there will be 4 shuttle rides running throughout the hour to take guests back to the hotel staring at 11pm.

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult— only affair — except our ring bearers!
