There's only one main airport to fly into on Maui serviced by many of the major airlines. It is about an hour drive from the airport to the northwest side of the island where the wedding activities will be taking place, so please plan your flights accordingly!

The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka'anapali
This will be the main hub for all wedding activities throughout the weekend! It is a short 15 minute drive to the ceremony and reception, and also very central to a ton of activities on the island. Wedding Hotel Block: We have reserved a block of ~30 rooms for our guests, with the opportunity to add on if needed! We highly recommend taking advantage of our hotel block as it is a significant savings from typical pricing as well as a chance for all of us to be celebrating together all weekend! The wedding block requires a 3-night minimum stay between the dates of Thursday February 20th through Monday February 24th. If guests would like to add on extra nights, that is possible at this discounted rate, pending availability. The hotel rate is valid through December 20th, 2024, however we suggest booking this as soon as possible as it's available only on a first come, first serve basis. Shuttle
Roundtrip Shuttle for Wedding Ceremony & Reception to / from Westin Maui Resort & Spa

We will have roundtrip shuttle service available for all guests to and from Merriman's for the wedding ceremony and reception. Pickup and dropoff will be at the Westin Maui Resort & Spa, no additional stops.
Travel Note
Uber, Lyft and Taxi Information
Guests cannot drive to the wedding venue as parking is not available. If you choose to not use our shuttle from the Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ubers, Lyfts and taxis are easy to reserve. We will have onsite support for transportation back to the hotel for guests who do not wish to stay until 10pm when the shuttles will be available to take guests back to the hotel.

There are a variety of childcare options on the island, however the Nanny Connection has come highly recommended by our wedding coordinator who uses it for all her weddings as well as from friends who have leveraged them in the past.
