We're Getting Married!

We met in high school through a mutual friend and didn't really think anything of it and stayed friends. Time went by and I was sitting in my freshman year history class in college and there Scott walks in. We reconnected and the rest is history, literally.

It was a school day so normally I would have just thrown on some gym clothes for class, but I was going to lunch with my brother, Josh so I decided to "try" and put myself together that day since it was such a nice day out (good thinking babe!) After class my brother picked me up and we went to a restaurant in downtown Richmond and after he suggested to go to the Observatory Deck at City Hall downtown to "walk off our lunch." Scott and I were planning on going home for the weekend after lunch so I thought he was at home packing his bag. When we got there, I took a picture of the city as Josh hurried me along and as we turned the corner, there Scott was, all dressed up! I was completely surprised and pretty sure I blacked out because I didn't even remember him asking the question! It was such an amazing day and I couldn't think of a better place or day to get engaged!
