What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking that our guests arrive at between 230 - 3 pm so that we can start the ceremony at 3:15 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes - there is ample parking at the Elk Country Visitor Center.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be no shuttle from the hotels to the ceremony and reception. Please plan accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual Wedding Attire - we want all of our guests to be comfortable in the summer heat, but not too comfortable (please, no shorts).

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is not a kid-free wedding, but it will be specified on your online RSVP if your child/children are invited. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there cell phone service?

Answer

Please note that in the area surrounding the Elk Country Visitor Center, cell phone service is not the best. You may wish to print out directions or save offline maps in your preferred cell phone maps app depending on where you are staying and traveling to/from.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes - there will be an open bar (with a cash tip jar for our bartenders). There will be a mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages served.
