Many family members have already had good luck booking airbnbs in the area, especially good for situations when more than one room is needed!!
I have included a few hotels in the area that have availability, be advised, things are booking up!
Surrounding areas: Hudson, NY, Catskill, NY, Coxsackie, NY.
Driving from Buffalo it is around a 4 1/2 hour drive. If anyone needs arrangements for transportation, let me know!
