Parking in in any other structure will require screening by General Motors security to enter into the Renaissance Center. Hotel valet is closed. Marriott International & the state of Michigan no longer require vaccinated guests to wear masks indoors. All non-vaccinated guests are required to wear masks, on the honor system.

Travel Note

Transportation

We recommend Uber or Lyft for transportation between Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) and the hotel blocks, as well as transportation within Detroit. Shuttle service will be provided between the Ren Cen Marriott to both the Welcome Party at Fowling Warehouse and the reception at the Piquette Plant. The Courtyard is directly across Jefferson Ave from the Ren Cen, so it is just a quick walk across the street for Courtyard guests to catch the shuttle.
