I met Adriana during undergrad at UCSB while outside of our organic chemistry class and to say our nerdy ways led to our meeting would be an understatement. We met each other because we both would wait at the front door to the Organic chemistry class so we could always get a seat in the front of the class. Our adventures at UCSB were formative ones and whether it was learning we both wanted to pursue medicine or the times I spent laughing with her family, and I am so excited to have her stand beside me on my wedding day.
Angela Lam

I met Angela during medical school at UCSF and our friendship grew quickly from our shared love of cheesy movies, food and laughing at all times. Whether it was the adventure of the craigslist cat or cramming before medical school tests, no moment was ever boring when I was with Angela. I was honored to be her bridesmaid this year and am so lucky to have her stand beside me at my wedding.
Sharmin Shekarchian

I met Sharmin during medical school at UCSF and instantly knew we were going to be friends as no one else rivaled our level of sassiness or sarcasm ;) She has shown me through our years of friendship what strength is and what going after your dream looks like. With as strong of a cheerleader friend as Sharmin is, I can say that Scott won’t ever be winning any arguments around my group of friends (as much as he tries). I am so proud to have her as my bridesmaid on my wedding day and my cheerleader through life :)
Derek Wun

I'm very excited to have my brother as my best man! From annoying, fighting, competing then looking out for my younger brother, I've grown to not only respect Derek as an equal, but to also look up to him. It’s been a joy for me to watch him mature into an extremely hard working, dedicated, athletic and thoughtful person. Although Derek doesn’t talk nearly as much as I do, I most appreciate Derek’s ability to both calm me down and push me to new limits. I'm very grateful to have a brother and friend like Derek standing next to me on this special day.
Noel Enriquez

Noel and I met during our first week at UCLA and bonded during a large group trip to Santa Monica. While everyone decided it would be fun to run down to the beach, we stayed back, joking around and singing songs together. Nearly 10 years later, the laughter has only intensified, the harmonies have improved, and we even ran a race together! I most appreciate Noel’s loyalty and ability to enjoy himself in any situation and I continue to admire the passion and creativity he brings to singing and dancing. He's also always down to have a great time, and is definitely the life of the party!
Rohit Mathew

Rohit and I met during our first week at UCLA (and were actually in the same orientation group, but didn't realize it until years later), where Rohit made me trade a slice of BBQ Chicken Pizza for a slice of Vegetarian Mediterranean (that was terrible). Throughout the years, Rohit has more than made up for it by being not only one of my biggest confidants, but by inspiring me through being a true example of hard work and determination. I most appreciate Rohit’s wisdom, ability to reason, and connect with the people around him. He's also an amazing photographer, and always has jokes ready to go.
Vidur Malik

Vidur and I met at UCLA and immediately got along thanks to our mutual love of sports. The very first time we hung out, we spent hours watching baseball and playing NFL Blitz on N64. Over the past decade, the content of our conversations and time together has expanded to Burmese Food and the psychology behind human behavior, shaping the people we've become and the choices we make. I most appreciate Vidur’s empathy and high emotional intelligence and am always impressed by Vidur’s resilience and strength. He's also my football encyclopedia and the master of improper fractions.
