When should I RSVP by?

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided for those guests staying at the Courtyard Marriott in Newburgh, NY. The shuttle will leave at 4:50 PM for the ceremony, and return at the end of the reception at 11:00 PM.

Is there parking available?

Answer

City Winery offers a large parking lot for guests who choose to drive.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour are planned to be outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. If the weather doesn't cooperate, all events will be moved indoors for everyone's comfort.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request formal or semi-formal attire. Floor length gowns or cocktail dresses are perfect, and tuxedos or suits are encouraged.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to keep our wedding primarily adults-only, with only children from our immediate families included. We’re so grateful for your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together.
