Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 5 at the very latest. We need to have our final numbers to our vendors shortly after so we cannot extend our date any later unfortunately. Please see the RSVP page on our website to get your reply in on time.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that anyone listed on the invites be our only attendees. We appreciate your cooperation in helping create a warm and loving environment for all.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite everyone to dress in casual wedding attire. Our goal for everyone is comfort. Women can wear a sundress (or other non-formal dress) or dress pants/skirts and blouse, with wedges, dressy sandals, or pumps, but should not wear ball gowns and stilletos. Men should choose to wear dress pants or khakis paired with a collared shirt, with the option to also style their look with a tie or sports jacket, please no tuxedos or full 3+ piece suits. Casual attire will NOT include jeans, shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, flip-flops, and sneakers as they are not appropriate.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately at this time we ask that children not attend unless listed on the invitation. If you are traveling with children, we do ask that you make arrangements for them on your own accord as they will not be allowed in the event space.

Question

When should we arrive to the venue?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:00PM so please arrive between 4:30PM and 4:50PM in order to find a seat and mingle before the ceremony. Please plan to arrive on time as late arrivals will not be accepted into the reception space.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available on site. We do ask that if you plan on drinking then be smart and either Uber/Lyft or have a DD available.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a registry page on this website. Please check that page for what is available.

Question

Any additional info to know?

Answer

Our venue is on the 3rd floor of a historic building just outside of downtown Nashville. There is an elevator to help accommodate access to the event space. We also ask that you do not take drinks and food outside of our designated areas. Any further questions, at this time you may reach out to Scott or Victor to help answer them.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We appreciate our loved ones special needs. We are doing everything we can to accommodate common allergies but we cannot guarantee any food is completely free of allergies. Please speak with the catering team to verify what is safest for your personal needs.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

While we do not have a hotel block available, check our Travel page to see recommended places to stay while in Nashville.
