The Sonnet House is located at 1487 Montevallo Road SW, Leeds, AL 35094. Google Maps may direct you to take I-20 but an alternate route is Hwy 280 to Valleydale Road, which becomes Montevallo Road SW.
Yes! There is a gravel lot adjacent to the Sonnet House with parking. If you decide to Uber / Lyft home, cars can be left overnight.
Cocktail attire! The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Alabama weather can be unpredictable so we recommend you check the weather to see how warm / cool it'll be. Wear whatever color you like, but please, do not wear white or ivory.
Yes! Children are welcome to attend the ceremony and reception. We'll have some outdoor games for you and your family to enjoy.
We have reserved a block of rooms that can be found on the Travel section of our website. The hotel block is located about 12 miles from the Sonnet House. There are a couple hotels located closer to the Sonnet House, should you prefer.
