As you likely know, we’ve been engaged for a little over a year. We had planned on being married by now (and had even planned the wedding), but 2020 had other ideas. Constant uncertainty and safety concerns leave us still unsure what our wedding will look like. But as our beloved friends and family, rest assured that keeping you in the loop will remain our priority. So, in lieu of throwing a celebration right now, we’ve decided to put those resources toward a place where we’d someday be able to: our very first home. And we can’t wait for you to come visit and celebrate with us once we’re settled and it’s safe to do so! (We know times are tough all around, but if you’d like to give us a hand with those costs, you can do so on the next page — and we’d be eternally grateful.) Lastly and most importantly: If you’re here reading this page, you’re an important part of our lives, and we couldn't be more excited to share these latest updates with you. Until our next meeting, we wish you nothing but health, happiness, and human connection — and hope that these stories and photos offer a comforting glimpse into our life — amid a difficult and isolating year. Stay safe. Wash your hands. Wear a mask. We love you. .B&S
In 2014, we began a relationship over a shared love of coffee. Since then, we’ve been on adventures, tried new things, started new jobs and left old ones behind. We’ve celebrated each other's achievements and held one another through struggle. We’ve helped each other grow a little better each day at living with the parts of life we'd never (ever) choose…while appreciating the parts of life that we'd never (ever) change. After almost 6 incredible years together, so much is different. But we still begin every single day over a shared pot of coffee. ——————————————————————————— — October ‘14 | Coffee Emporium, Cincinnati, OH — We meet.
