What accommodations are there?

As our wedding takes place close to home, we invite guests to choose accommodations that best suit their plans. Mooresville and the surrounding area offer a variety of lodging options for anyone joining us from afar.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 25, 2026 so we can save you a seat (and a piece of cake).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There should be no parking hassles! Ceremony and reception are in the same spot, with a big on-site lot for everyone.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 3:30 PM. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to find your seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! This will be a semi-formal event. Think cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, dressy skirts, button-down shirts, suits, or sport coats. Dressy but comfortable! Also, our venue has several soft grass spots, so please consider wearing comfortable shoes.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our venue isn’t a safe space for children under 10 due to its outdoor location near a ravine. We are only able to include immediate family and close friends children in the celebration. Thank you so much for understanding! (Feel free to reach out to the couple if there are concerns)

What's the weather plan?

Answer

We are planning for the ceremony to be outside (hello October chill!). If the weather gets wild, we have the ability to take things indoors. The reception will be cozy and indoors from start to finish.
