I had been at Pueblo Boxing for about 3 months and it was a normal day of coaching the 6pm and 7:30pm class...so I thought. Garrett walked into my class and I immediately looked at our other coach and said " omg, he is adorable, I will date him." As class got started and we began boxing I would walk around and correct peoples form, etc. If anyone knows Garrett, it's that he has never been told he isn't good at something so when I told him his form was wrong, he thought I hated him. Little did he know his form was wrong but I had the biggest crush on him. Fast forward to the end of the week and I noticed he hadn't come back to Pueblo, I messaged him on Instagram and asked if he still boxed here. He told me his membership was up but I convinced him to keep coming and long story short he asked me for my number and our first date was at Braums for ice cream :)
The day Garrett and I had been waiting for..his Graduation!!! Graduation meant no more long distance for us but little did I know Garrett had so much more planned than just him crossing the stage. After graduation Garrett, some of his engineering friends and family all gathered to take some pictures. Garrett and I were taking a picture and then he grabbed my hand, said a bunch of sweet stuff then got down on one knee. I was 100% surprised, he hired a photographer, had my parents, brother and best friend there to see it all. Graduation day=BEST DAY EVER
