What’s the weather like in Idaho that time of year?

September in Idaho is HOT🔥 The venue is all outdoors (with shaded areas) and will be scheduled in the evening. Expect 80-90 degree weather around 4pm.

Is there smoking allowed?

Fox Canyon Vineyards has a designated smoking section away from the tables & food. Please remember to dispose of all trash 🌎

Can I bring my pets?

As much as we love all fur babies, Fox Canyon Vineyards only allows service animals on their property.

Can I bring my own Liquor?

Answer

This event we are only offering Beer & Wine, hard alcohol will not be allowed at the bar due to the Bride & Groom’s Choice AND our contract with Fox Canyon Vineyards.

Where do I park?

Answer

If you choose to drive to this event, there is parking at the venue with the help of our valet service. There is a short walk from where you park, to the ceremony site. (Golf carts are available for those who need assistance!)

Can I have my phone out at the Ceremony?

Answer

During the Ceremony we ask that all phones are turned off and put away. We have hired our own photographer and do not want these once in a lifetime moments overshadowed by others taking their own pictures or being distracted by their phones! After the Ceremony you’re free to take them back out & take your own photos!

I’m trying to RSVP but I can’t find my name?

Answer

If you received an invitation from the Bride & Groom and you cannot find your name on the RSVP list, please contact the Bride. There could be a spelling error and we would gladly check you into our list manually! :)

I don’t have a sitter, can I bring my kids?

Answer

Unless otherwise stated by the Bride & Groom there will be no children allowed at this event. This venue is not a safe area for play, and there will be no babysitting services available.
