Are kids welcome?

The only children in attendance will be those in our family. We hope this gives you an opportunity to relax and enjoy a fun-filled weekend with us!

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony and reception is semi-formal. Beyond that, please feel free to dress to your comfort and enjoy the celebration! Don't forget a bathing suit!

Is there food on site?

Answer

Summit Lodge includes a complimentary continental breakfast for guests staying on site. For other meals, Summit Lodge's on-site restaurant will be open during the day on Friday, and a food truck will be available for lunch on Saturday from 11 AM to 1 PM. Additionally, you'll find a variety of food options nearby in both Killington and Rutland.

Is everything in the same location?

Answer

Yes, all events will take place at Summit Lodge (which houses O’Dwyer’s Public House on the lower level). Guests staying at the North Star Inn can access the lodge via a convenient, well-lit pathway.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking at Summit Lodge and North Star Inn.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn at Summit Lodge, weather permitting.

Do you allow pets?

Answer

No, Summit Lodge and North Star Inn are not pet friendly. The Hilton offers some pet friendly rooms for an additional fee. Please contact them for more information.

Rideshare services are not widely available in the area. If you plan on consuming alcohol and driving your own car, please make sure to designate a sober driver ahead of time.
