Travel Note
Check-in time on Saturday, June 6th is 3:00 PM, and the shuttle will be leaving promptly at 3:30 PM from the hotel entrance. The ceremony begins at 4:15 PM. We recommend arriving at the hotel no later than 3:15 PM if you plan to take the shuttle. Since the shuttle departs shortly after check-in, here are a few options to consider: 1. You can call the hotel after 12:00 PM on Saturday to see if early check-in is available for your room. The hotel said they will do their best to prioritize guests in our wedding block, but it is not promised. 2. You can arrive at the hotel at any time and store your luggage in the secure office space they have available. You would then check in when we return after the wedding that evening. If you choose this option, we recommend arriving fully ready and dressed so you can hop right on the shuttle. 3. You can also keep your belongings in your car and check in later that night after the wedding. Again, we recommend arriving ready so you can head straight to the shuttle.

We have a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn on Friday and Saturday night. Call (952) 469-1134 and reference the “Hemann/Schwartz Wedding” to get our special rates. Rooms will be released to the public if not booked by May 6th. Check-In time is 3pm. If you are arriving Saturday, you can call the hotel after 12pm and see if your room is ready early. The hotel is 17 miles from the venue. Shuttles will pick up and drop off at this hotel. See the FAQ section for more information.
