Please refer to our most frequently asked questions prior to our wedding day. For any additional questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to Sarah @ 847-909-1893.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are requesting that you RSVP by August 1st to allow us to account for your attendance at our special day. This will allow us to ensure your plate and space. We are hoping to see you all there!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

For our wedding guests, we are requesting your attendance at 2:30 pm, as the ceremony is to start promptly at 3 pm. We will not be allowing late entry due to the start of the ceremony. Please plan ahead!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting guests to wear formal wear for this event. Dress your best, but mind your shoes! Semi-formal/cocktail would be most appropriate, and fall colors (navy/oranges/pinks/greens/browns/etc) would be appreciated! We are on a farm-type venue with grass terrain.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate for plus ones. We both have very large families and want to keep the wedding to family and close friends. We also want to respect the mass capacity of our venue, and we have reached the max capacity in our guest list. Only people who names are on the guest list will be allowed entry to the event.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all the kids in our lives, and your lives, we have decided out wedding will be an adult only celebration. This will help us stay within our capacity, and we hope this advanced notice allows you time to make arrangements.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking when you pull into the venue. Someone will guide you to a parking space upon your arrival. However, please keep in mind that it might be helpful to drive in larger groups or attempt to Uber to the venue, as we do have a bar option post-wedding ceremony downtown in Beloit. Our recommended hotel is in downtown Beloit, so if you choose to drive, please mind your alcohol usage!

Question

Alcohol?

Answer

Our wedding will feature a variety of beer and wine. No hard alcohol will be allowed in the vicinity due to the rules of our venue. We ask you not to bring in outside beverages under any circumstances. We promise a good variety for everyone to enjoy.
