How can I RSVP?

Answer

Please navigate to the RSVP tab. You can enter your name and RSVP for your entire party. Please note that the RSVP window will close on July 10th, 2026.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to vendor headcounts, we are unable to accommodate additional guests unless specified on your invitation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. Portions of the event will take place outdoors, so we recommend comfortable shoes for walking on grass. Our venue requires shoes for the entire duration of the event.

Are children invited?

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so we recommend arriving about 20 minutes early. There's no designated "bride" or "groom" side (except for reserved seating), please sit wherever you like!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our ceremony.

What's the weather plan?

Our ceremony is planned to take place outdoors, but we do have an indoor space available if needed. Cocktail hour will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces. Reception will be fully indoors.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Please visit the Book Your Travel tab for information on places to stay. We secured discounted blocks at the Hampton Inn and Comfort Suites. We included other nearby options for your convenience.

What is the transportation situation to/from the venue?

Answer

Guests can request a ride-share (Uber, Lyft, etc.) to/from the wedding venue. Since Melhorn Manor is in a somewhat rural area, guests can schedule their ride-share in advance if concerned about wait times or availability. We don't anticipate this!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking available at the venue. You can leave your vehicle overnight if needed, but it must be picked up by 9:00 AM the following morning.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes! Please let us know any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.
