They say the best relationships are the ones built on friendships. We met in high school and were friends for years before dating. One night, we were out at one of our favorite bars with friends and Kait got a little liquid courage to tell Tony she had feelings for him. Our first date was at Chili's and the rest is history (history including Chili's-to-go date nights, of course).

Surprising Kait was the challenge, and let's just say... mission accomplished. Kait had been ready to take that next step (like, really ready). During this thing called the global pandemic (you may have heard about it), Tony and Kait had been quarantined together and taking daily walks. It was a chilly Tuesday in March and we decided to take our walk for the day. Little did Kait know, she'd be leaving the house as a girlfriend and returning as a fiancée. We love to walk around in the downtown West Bend area. We were walking over a bridge right in this area when Kait turned around and saw the sight she'd been dying to see... Tony was down on one knee!
