What is the best way to RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP for all the weekend festivities on our wedding website, we will not be sending any RSVP return mail with the invite.

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we adore all your children and would love to see them, we are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party. Please leave your kiddos, newborns included, at home and enjoy a parents night out! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If we included a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Brittany Hill by Wedgewood Weddings - 9350 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229. Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible with a wheelchair accessible bathroom in the main Foyer. The ramp running along the right side of the building will provide access to the area where the ceremony and reception will be. There is handicapped parking spaces right out front for the quickest access.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5pm . Please arrive by 4:30pm to allow time for all guests to get seated. Shuttle from the Hotel details to be announced closer to the event.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

We will be providing transportation from Le Meridien Denver Downtown, where we have a hotel block. More details to come on this. You can also get a Lyft/Uber. This will be about $15-$20 from the Downtown Denver area and should take 15-30 minutes depending on traffic.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking at the venue and they allow overnight parking if needed. Please do not risk your life or others’ lives by choosing to drive impaired!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our venue has both options. We fully intend to have the ceremony outside on the deck area for a beautiful backdrop of both the Denver skyline and the Rocky Mountains. Colorado weather is as fickle as it gets, so we have a backup space indoors if the weather is poor. Fingers crossed for a beautiful fall Colorado day!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have two professional photographers to capture how the ceremony looks, we have invited you so you may capture how the ceremony feels. We ask you turn off your electronics during our ceremony to ensure you are in the moment and not in the way of our photographers. After the ceremony is complete and the wedding party has exited, you may turn on your devices and take pictures of whatever you wish!
