What is black tie attire?

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your children, we want guests to fully enjoy the weekend in Napa Valley. The wedding will be an adult only affair.

Is there transportation?

Answer

We will be providing transportation from the resort to the wedding venue and back. There will be a 10 pm shuttle home and an 11:30 pm shuttle home.

Can I get a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, only guests listed on the invitation are invited to the reception and ceremony.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guest keep their phones and other devices off during the ceremony. We want our friends and family to enjoy the ceremony in the moment. We have hired photographers and we will be sharing the photos after the wedding.

When should I book the hotel by?

Answer

We recommend booking the hotel as soon as possible. We can only offer our room block until April 1st but we expect for the rooms to reach capacity before then.

I have a food allergy, can I make any special request?

Please put any dietary restrictions on the RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate.
