We are closely monitoring COVID and how it will impact our wedding plans. No matter what, your health and safety is our priority. We expect a guest count of about 60 people. The ceremony and cocktail hour and dancing will be outdoors. The dinner will be held indoors. We will have hand sanitizer and masks on hand. We request that all of our guests have had the COVID-19 vaccination as well as recommended booster(s). Please also take a COVID-19 rapid antigen test at home the day of the wedding, Saturday, July 2nd. Although we have looked forward to celebrating with everyone for a long time, if you are not feeling well, we ask that you stay home.
The plants at the Berkeley Botanical Gardens have been collected at a great expense. Please stick to the paved paths while at the garden. During the public hours at the garden 10 am- 5pm, guests are welcome to explore the entire garden. After 5pm, guests should stay in the areas designated for the ceremony (Redwood Grove) and the reception (Tour Deck, Visitor Center and Julia Morgan Hall).
We don't have room at our venue for a photo booth but we do have other plans to save memories from the day. Please download the app The Guest before hand. Enable Blue Tooth on your device 4. Connect to the Instax wide printer on blue tooth through the App 5. Experiment with Simple Print, Template Prints 6.
