When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP at least a month out so we can get our numbers to the necessary vendors, thank you!

Is this an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Please refrain from using cellphones, as well as silencing them, during the ceremony as we want to enjoy this time unplugged and with each other, thank you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know if you have a severe food allergy so we can let our caterers know, thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is PLENTY of parking at the venue, as well as golf cart accommodations for individuals that may struggle down the hill from the parking lot.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is only one hotel that has transportation to and from the ceremony, the LaQuinta Inn, as seen on the travel section of the website!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have recommended a few hotels in the travel section, but Commerce has plenty more options if needed.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless specified by the couple please refrain from bringing a date as numbers were planned accordingly, thank you for understanding!
