Food will not be served till 12. Please eat something before the ceremony. Food is not allowed in the chapel

10:15 AM ceremony time! We want to maximize the day and enjoy the day before the afternoon storms. It is common in Colorado during the summer up in the mountains to get rain storms in short bursts in the afternoon.

Please park at Eagle/Vail pavilion. We will have a paid shuttle leaving at 9:40am. Please plan to be early to catch the paid shuttle!

Mountain weather is cooler than Texas & California in August. The average temperature is mid 70s and it will be very enjoyable outside

Beaver Creek sits at around 8,100 feet above sea level. If you’re arriving from lower elevations, it’s helpful to stay hydrated, take it easy on your first day, and be mindful of potential altitude sickness.

Please do not take photos within the chapel. We will ask for everyone to turn off their phone walking inside the ceremony. We highly encourage photos outside of the chapel and at the reception space!
