HOW DO I RSVP? WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

Kindly RSVP before Monday, July 31st. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed! To RSVP, please scan the QR code on your RSVP card and follow the instructions on our wedding website.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on our website. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

Although we love your kiddos, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal / dressy casual attire for our event. We recommend jumpsuits or dresses / dress pants with a button down shirt. No jeans or shorts please! Wear whatever color you like besides any shade of white! We hope to have the ceremony on our venue's rooftop, so prepare for weather of about 85 at the start of the festivities.

WHAT DO I DO IF I'M LATE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30pm. We recommend guests arrive between 5:00-5:15 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight and we will see you at the cocktail hour! Thank you for understanding!

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking on the East side of the building. You can access the lot off of NW 7th Street. Signs will be posted at the entrance of the venue and a parking attendant will direct you to the appropriate space.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held on our venue's rooftop, which is accessed through an elevator. Guests will be escorted downstairs immediately following the ceremony to enjoy the rest of the evening in the comfort of the AC.

HOW DOES SEATING WORK?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).

ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION LOCATION WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Answer

Yes! Onsite guest parking will be available and the venue has an elevator to accommodate wheelchairs.

SINCE THERE WILL BE ALCOHOL, WHAT DO WE DO ABOUT DRIVING?

Answer

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. The venue (of course) agrees. As such, they allow guests to leave their vehicles overnight in their onsite parking lot and pick them up the next morning by 12:00pm (noon). We recommend using rideshare apps (Lyft, Uber) if you plan on drinking!
