If you're staying in the "downtown Golden" area, you will be able to walk. If you're staying further out, you'll need a car. There are also Ubers/Lyfts available in the Golden area, but sometimes they take a while.

Yes. There is paid street parking and parking lots that are free on the weekends. There are also a couple parking garages.
